🛬 Arriving is a breeze! To reach Xinalani, you'll take a boat as there are no roads leading there. For a smooth journey, aim for an arrival flight before 4:00 PM and a departure after 12:00 PM.

If your flight lands after 4:30 PM, you will be responsible to arrange accommodations in Puerto Vallarta for the night. You'll receive new transfer details via email. Unfortunately, we can't provide transportation if your flight lands after 4:30 PM or departs before 12:00 PM.

To secure your spot, simply pay the $700 USD deposit. After that, drop us a line at hello@soulset.ca, and let us know your preferred occupancy. You can anticipate a confirmation email within 24 hours.

When booking, kindly provide your room preference, whether you'd prefer two beds or a king if shared, and don't forget to mention the room name. Your comfort and overall experience are of utmost importance to us.

Please also specify your roommate choice if it applies, and inform us of any dietary restrictions you may have. To ensure your peace of mind. Finally, we strongly advise securing travel insurance for your journey.

The Big Palapa is a dorm style setup of 8 beds and a washroom. Retreat goers looking for this option can book 1 bed individually within this shared space.

Once you've made the $700 USD non-refundable deposit, we'll promptly email you with payment options. You can opt for a full payment with your deposit already deducted, or you can select a four month payment plan that commences 14 days after your deposit. We're committed to ensuring your journey is as convenient as possible, tailored to your needs.
