Energy Medicine

Energy medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the whole person – mind, body and spirit - in the quest for optimal health and wellness.

By integrating conventional and alternative therapies that harmonize our health, we aim to prevent and relieve stress within the body and mind.

Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, and can do so extremely well, as long as its internal lines of communication between all systems and structures of the body are intact.

Stress can cause our internal communication to become compromised and thus create dis-ease. Therefore, I include services that focus on releasing and minimizing stress within the body and mind, as well as within our daily life.

Nicole Percival

When I was growing up I always had a passion for helping others. Prior to becoming an RMT, I attended Humber College and received a diploma in the Physiotherapist Assistant Program in 2005 and Occupational Therapist Assistant Program in 2007. I worked in both the hospital and clinic setting for a few years which allowed me too build amazing relationships with the staff and clients.

I then attended Georgian College and graduated with Honours in the Massage Therapy Program in 2009.

I have taken taping, myofascial and sports techniques, reflexology and cupping courses. This is to ensure that my clients meet their health goals and I provided the best type of care. I am continuously upgrading my skills to increase my knowledge base.

Defying the odds and the societal norms of healing, Brittany has both heaps of personal and professional experience when it comes to overcoming health hurdles. Brittany believes in a wholistic approach where she looks at all her clients from a mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspect, thus undergoing the additional title of a Holistic Practitioner.

Through almost losing her life, Brittany realized that life had so much more to it than the mundane lifestyle and traditional medical approaches. Her sense of adventure, empathy and passion for learning/trying new things has led her to having her own company and working with people in ways that aren’t conventional.
