Jennifer’s passion for teaching yoga stems from over 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry as a coach, trainer and mentor. She graduated George Brown’s Fitness and Health Promotion in the early 90’s and throughout her career has guided all ages and levels to achieve functional movement through safe practices. Jennifer is a 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance and is currently working to complete her 300hr advanced YTT through Ann Green-SHiNE OM. Jennifer holds a deep respect for each individual’s personal practice and believes that when we practice yoga, we are practicing for life— that our time on the mat is an opportunity to connect deeply with ourselves and develop a relationship that allows us to heal, to grow and to transform.
When not on her mat, she enjoys time with her Alaskan malamutes on her wooded property out by Honey Harbour.
