Cancellation Policy

We kindly as that if you cannot make it to your scheduled class to please cancel your reservation online or by calling the studio at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an automatic $20 Late Fee with 50% of the proceeds going to the Ontario SPCA. If we cannot process the charge to your credit card on file then a class pass will be taken off from your current yoga pack instead.

How are late fees processed? When a student cancels a class (under our 4 hour cancellation period) OR if a student does not show up for their scheduled class, an automatic notification be sent. 

The cancellation fee is charged twice a month:

• Late cancellations from the 1st - 14th will be charged on the 15th.
• Late cancellations from the 15th - 30th will be charged on 1st.

Our intention with our cancellation policy is to give all our students an opportunity to attend classes and keep waitlists flowing.
