Need to pause, change, or cancel your membership?

We know flexibility matters! You can easily adjust your membership by filling out the form below. If you're on a 6- or 12-month Fixed Membership, cancellation is available anytime after completing your commitment term. Flex Memberships offer the option to pause or change, while all other memberships can only be canceled. Please note, we require at least five business days' notice before your next payment is processed.
